Opportunity Description:

The Okanagan Social and Cultural Society and Social Magnet Productions is seeking hard working, fun-filled volunteers to assist with the most decadent social night of the year ~ “Amuse! eat, drink & be social, A Culinary Showcase for Social Foodies”, taking place Saturday, March 4 from 7- 10pm at the KF Aerospace Centre for Excellence.  www.amusekelowna.ca Volunteers must be willing to commit to a 6.5 hour shift from 4:45 pm-11:15pm. All volunteers must be 19 years of age or older. No minors are permitted at Amuse. Volunteers will be asked to perform the following: Attendees ticket entry, Coat check, Wine glass & tasting board distribution Presenter booth maintenance (refilling ice and water pitchers, emptying garbage) Clearing (ensuring cocktail tables and event floor areas are kept clear and tidy) End of event clean up and other misc. tasks as required. Dress code is black pants/skirt and black top (button up top for men). Aprons will be provided as part of the uniform of the night. Free parking!
