HOURS: Flexible JOB STATEMENT: Marketing and Media coordinator is assigned with promoting ARTSCO and its various events through a multitude of resources including, but not limited to, social medias, websites, and media correspondents. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1) Updating and maintenance of official ARTSCO website with event and news information 2) Sending press releases to the office and the director managing social media accounts 3) Putting Call-outs to artists twice a year (deadlines are Oct. 31st and Mar. 31st) 4) Providing the public with information regarding various ARTSCO events, mission, and principles JOB SPECIFICATIONS: • Minimum High School education • Excellent interpersonal communication • Willingness to learn • Knowledge in utilising Excel and Word programs as well as WordPress and various social media software. • Post secondary education and previous experience an asset but not necessary as training is provided.
