After being postponed for two years, The Merry Wives of Windsor will be shown at the Spearhead Winery outdoor stage this summer. We can’t wait to share the excitement and joy of live theatre in the vineyard with you all once again! Merry Wives is a rollicking hilarious farce for all ages, starring Cameron Gordon as Sir John Falstaff. The show will also feature live music lead by musical director Mike Minions. Mark your calendars and look out for ticket information coming soon. Sir John Falstaff is short of money and tries to woo two married women at once to access their purses. However, Mistress Ford and Mistress Page happen to be best friends and, upon discovering identical love letters, they decide to play tricks on him.  Mrs. Ford’s insanely jealous husband gets caught up in the mix of misunderstandings and tricks himself into a mess of pouting and tantrums. Meanwhile, Mistress Quickly uses her proximity to the beautiful daughter of the Pages, Anne, to string along a series of suitors including the awkward Slender, the highly-strung Dr. Caius, and the shy poet Fenton. More side plots ensue including a fencing duel on a field full of cow patties, secret weddings, and a climactic Halloween party in the woods.

Additionally, we maintain museum displays highlighting the history of Westbank/West Kelowna. We also host small-scale art workshops in the community, as well as community events in and out of the museum, including the Haunted House at the Museum in late October, and the Westside Multiculturalism Day on the last Saturday of June.
