The 2026 application form will be available from Monday, February 9 to Friday, February 27, 2026, at 2 pm ET.
The Canada Post Community Foundation is a registered charity distributing grants to Canadian schools, charities and community organizations that provide programming to children and youth (up to age 21). Every dollar raised goes directly to recipients – Canada Post covers all administrative costs.
